>>> JOURNAL TEMPLATE <<<

Manuscripts may consist of research results, reviews, or concise discussions presented in proper Bahasa Indonesia or English. Manuscripts must not have been published in any other journals or magazines and should adhere to the appropriate format.

Submission Requirements
The manuscript submission must include an official cover letter from the corresponding author, which should clearly state the name of the corresponding author, complete address, telephone and fax numbers, as well as email and cellular telephone addresses (if applicable). The corresponding author is responsible for the content of the manuscript and its legal shipment. The manuscript must also be acknowledged and agreed upon by all authors, accompanied by a written statement. Authors are discouraged from withdrawing submitted papers once they are in the publication process (review, copyediting, layout, etc.).

To assist authors, we provide journal templates for articles and papers that automatically format your manuscripts in the required style for submission. Using these Word templates may expedite the publication of accepted articles.

When you are ready to submit your paper, please proceed to our online submission form, designed to be as quick and easy as possible. If you have any questions regarding the submission of your manuscript, please email our Editorial team.

Formatting Guidelines
- Manuscripts should be typewritten in single line spacing on A4-sized HVS paper, using Times New Roman font, 11-point size, with a two-centimeter margin.
- Figures and tables should be placed at the end of the manuscript. Figures and tables from previous publications may be included if approved by the original author.
- The maximum length of the article is 15 pages.

Each page must be numbered sequentially, including pages for figures and tables. The arrangement of the manuscript should follow this structure:

1. Title: The title page should include the title (14-20 words) in Bahasa Indonesia or in accordance with the manuscript text, the clear names of all authors, their affiliations, and addresses. A footnote should contain the corresponding author's details, including telephone number (and cellular telephone number, if applicable), fax number, and email address.

2. Abstract and Keywords: The abstract and keywords should be written in English. The abstract must summarize the entire manuscript without providing detailed descriptions of each section, with a maximum of 200 words. Abbreviations should be avoided. A minimum of three keywords should represent the title and content of the manuscript, listed from specific to general.

3. Introduction: The introduction must explain the background and research objectives, allowing readers to understand and evaluate the research results without needing to read related previous publications. All cited references should be verified.

4. Materials and Methods: This section must provide sufficient methodological information so that other researchers can replicate the experiments described. Specific conditions, such as centrifugation, should include details about the device, rotor type, temperature, time at maximum speed, and centrifugation speed (in x g). Common methods should reference existing literature. If new methods are employed, they should be explained in detail. If multiple strains or mutants are used, they should be presented in a table with information (name, code, collection number, source, and physiological or genetic characteristics) for each strain, mutant, bacteriophage, or plasmid. Methods and strains used only once in the reported experiment can be briefly explained in the Results and Discussion section or in footnotes of tables or figure legends.

5. Results and Discussion: This section should contain only the research results, presented in the form of articles, tables, or figures. Excessive use of graphics should be avoided if the information can be conveyed through text. Figures should represent valid research results and must be numbered sequentially and cited in the body of the article. Graphics should be created using computer software and printed with a laser or inkjet printer (not scanned). Descriptions of graphics should be written separately from the graphic itself for easier formatting.

   The discussion should provide interpretation and comprehensive analysis of the research results obtained, linking them to previously reported results. Repetition of the presentation of research methods and results, as well as information disclosed in the Introduction, should be avoided.

6. Conclusion: This section should address the hypothesis and research objectives.

7. Acknowledgements: This section may be included if necessary, to acknowledge sources of research funding reported in this journal and to recognize individuals or institutions that assisted in conducting the research and/or writing the report.

8. References: Most references should be cited from primary sources. References related to methodology, technology, and other technical issues should be published within the last 10 years. The arrangement of references should follow the order of their appearance in the text. References are written using at Mendeley tool in the format of Vancouver.
